If your pet(s) is friendly, we suggest a soft meeting with the cleaning professional at the start so they know someone new has come into the home. Then please keep them out of the cleaner’s way so we can be as efficient and thorough as possible.
If your pet(s) is NOT friendly, please secure them in a crate, outside, or in a separate room before our arrival to ensure the safety of our cleaners.
We highly encourage tips for our professionals, but they are a courtesy and not a requirement.
Tips can be added at any time before or after your booking through your customer portal, or you can provide a cash tip to your professional cleaner on the day of service.
No, we do not do carpet stain removal. Our professionals are not required to have the necessary materials for carpet stain removal. For this, we recommend contacting your local carpet cleaners.
In the comments section of our booking page, please include a message specifying that this is a gift and include the recipient’s name and contact information. This will allow us to send a confirmation email to the recipient and contact them in case of any delays or need for rescheduling.
Yes, please let the recipient know you have booked a cleaning for them and when they should expect us.

When you book the service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.
We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (gift card) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time, you can log into your account and see the balance on any gift cards you have.
